Increase Head Count With A “Free Address” Work Environment

A technology solutions firm with a focus in Automation, Industrial IT and Enterprise Data Solutions began exploring the idea of inhabiting a completely ‘free address’ workspace…

The company’s goal was to accommodate a variety of day-to-day workstyle needs while increasing seating space. They liked the idea of an open floorplan with high-tech aesthetic and an assortment of different hotel/free address workspaces.

The original plan included space for 150 people including enclosed offices, workstations, collaborative meeting areas, training rooms, a café and reception area.

In conjunction with the Texas based architect Kirskey Arhictecture, along with Steelcase, Turnstone, and Coalesse furnishings, our teams provided a budget friendly design-forward corporate residence with more than 50 additional seats. They conservatively estimate that  20% of the spaces will support more than 1 staff member, resulting in a maximum occupancy saved of 240 staff members.

Take a peek at the completed project gallery. Products included: Bivi Workstations, Tour Workstations, Think SeatingCampfire LoungeBuoy Seating, Cobi SeatingCoalesse Enea Chairs and StoolsGroupwork tables, Media:scape.
