A technology solutions firm began exploring the idea of inhabiting a completely free address workspace.
Their goal was to accommodate a variety of day-to-day workstyle needs while increasing seating space. They liked the idea of an open floorplan with high-tech aesthetic and an assortment of different hotel/free address workspaces.
The original plan included space for 150 people including enclosed offices, workstations, collaborative meeting areas, training rooms, a café and reception area.
In conjunction with the Texas based architect Kirskey Architecture, our team provided a budget friendly design-forward corporate residence with more than 50 additional seats. They conservatively estimate that 20% of the spaces will support more than 1 staff member, resulting in a maximum occupancy saved of 240 staff members.
