Franklin Interiors partnered with a telecommunications company to help furnish two 4 story buildings in effort to create a campus atmosphere.
Their goal was to accommodate growth, create a collaborative corporate culture, establish efficiency with real estate, and expand and blend new with existing furniture.
Through extensive space planning and budget analysis, our team discovered they could accommodate their headcount and growth in 15% less space than planned. We helped them increase capacity and reduce the square footage per person, while creating a more open collaborative environment. The solution was a blend of existing and new furniture such as benching stations and lounge space, resulting in a friendly and approachable atmosphere.
