A global financial institution set out to transform their seventh floor into more than just a workspace. They needed a multifunctional environment that could support focused work, high-level meetings, and dynamic company events. The goal was a floor that felt elevated, welcoming, and distinctly non-corporate, with premium finishes, built-in flexibility, and smart technology throughout.

a Hospitality-Inspired Touch
Franklin collaborated with the client, Perkins Eastman, and Rycon to bring the vision to life. The result is a refined blend of private offices, open workstations, and a full conference center featuring meeting rooms, a coffee bar, an outdoor terrace, and a town hall gathering space. Each area was designed to serve multiple functions and accommodate events of all types and sizes.
To create a warm, approachable atmosphere, the team curated a mix of lounge areas and social settings that encourage interaction throughout the space. Furniture from Steelcase, Halcon, BluDot, and other premium manufacturers was selected to reflect the client’s high design standards while supporting a range of work styles.
Meeting rooms were outfitted with fully integrated technology that enhances hybrid collaboration, ensuring the space meets modern expectations for both form and function.
