As Sargent Electric continues to grow, the company expanded its headquarters by leasing an additional floor to accommodate its leadership team and host client meetings. While their existing workspace functions as a highly efficient corporate environment, it wasn’t ideal for welcoming visitors. The new floor was an opportunity to create a more elevated, customer-facing suite that felt professional, comfortable, and aligned with the company’s brand.
They needed private offices and meeting spaces that balanced warmth and sophistication while reusing existing furniture from another floor to stay on budget. Sargent turned to Franklin for an integrated solution that guided the project from planning and specification through installation, ensuring a smooth process with one coordinated team.

The Solution:
An Integrated Approach for a Seamless Build
Franklin provided a fully integrated solution for Sargent Electric, combining furniture, flooring, and Falkbuilt’s prefab construction under one coordinated plan.
- Furniture: Franklin’s furniture team guided Sargent through design development, showroom visits, and budget planning. Furniture from HON was used to furnish private offices and a refreshed Work Café, creating spaces that feel both functional and inviting.
- Flooring: The flooring scope featured a mix of Patcraft carpet tile and Mannington LVT, selected to complement the executive suite’s palette while keeping costs aligned with the budget.
- Interior Construction: The suite was built using Falkbuilt’s digital component construction, incorporating solid and glass walls, freestanding partitions, glass sliding and butt-hinge doors, and back-painted glass for a sleek, modern finish. The result was a clean, precise build-out that elevated the overall aesthetic while minimizing disruption.
Prefab construction proved to be the right choice for Sargent’s goals, providing speed, precision, and a high-end finish that traditional construction couldn’t match.
