The Challenge:
Growing Faster Than the Floor Plan
Seubert is growing fast. The risk management insurance firm was hiring faster than its North Shore office could keep up, and the space no longer looked or felt like the company it had become. We helped furnish the project to give Seubert an office that could hold a bigger team, carry its brand colors from reception to the back wall, and give employees real places to focus, meet, learn, and connect.
A bigger team meant a new layout, and the new layout meant smaller workstations. Seubert's employees still needed the storage and privacy they count on every day, so a smaller footprint couldn't come at their expense. Every selection also had to fit a defined budget and support the brand-forward look Seubert wanted.

- A workstation layout built around one-must have: the smoked glass feature Seubert had seen on another project, with each station sized to fit the smaller footprint while keeping storage and privacy intact
- Clear sightlines to the city and rivers: open window zones and a workstation plan that keeps the view in front of employees and visitors all day long
- A training room designed for long sessions: built-in technology in Seubert U, paired with furniture made for hours of learning and heavy daily use
- A floor plan shaped around how Seubert works: private offices, conference rooms, a cafe, collaboration zones, touchdown spaces, and a reception area that sets the tone for every client who walks in
