“They basically came to me and said, ‘How about giving us an empty shell?’” Lars recalls. Instead of traditional drywall, the team used Falkbuilt partitions, glass fronts, and sleek barn doors for a clean, modern look.

The new space is bright, open, and designed for collaboration while still maintaining acoustic privacy where needed. Challenges like insulation, sound mitigation, and clearance requirements were tackled early, keeping the project on track.
