I am a motivated professional who is driven by a desire to win. Before joining Franklin, I worked at Steelcase as a Dealer Business Manager and am well versed in vendor-dealer relationships. I love helping my clients realize the value in the aesthetic of their space and helping them implement their company culture through their workplace design and furniture. Outside of work, I love taking my Mini Goldendoodle Callie for walks, playing a round of golf, and hanging out with my “little brother” as part of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization.

As a recent addition to the team, I joined Franklin as our New Business Development Team Leader coming from the tech world. I work with our Sales teams to ensure that an optimal customer experience is achieved for every end-user.

I have been working in the Flooring industry for over 20 years and have lead Franklin’s Flooring division for the past 16 years. As the leader of our Flooring Division, I have full responsibility for strategic planning, problem-solving, and succession planning, but most important is the development of people and processes that make the organization succeed and grow, and that enable individual employees to exceed their expectations.

I have been in the flooring industry for over ten years and am a new addition to the Franklin team. I love helping customers select the right flooring for their needs and budget along with seeing how projects transform from conception to the finished product.

I have been working at Franklin for the past 5 years and have been working with Jack and the Flooring Team for the past 4 years as a Sales Coordinator and Account Manager. I provide value to our clients by helping end-users select the right flooring for their needs and budget.

I am the co-owner of Franklin Integrated Interiors and lead all efforts with our Architecture and Design community. My role at Franklin is to help clients across our varied markets—corporate, healthcare, education, government, and small business—create the optimum workspace, molded to fit their organization. As the architect and design liaison, I help coordinate the efforts between the designers, architects, and furniture solutions. My clients can count on me to be their personal resource—whether it’s about product information, trends, or any dealership questions.

I enjoy the process of challenging traditional mindsets and uncovering or developing the parameters of a project while finding the most effective solution.
