Franklin is Growing!
Lots of exciting changes are happening at Franklin Integrated Interiors! As with other markets, the commercial furniture and flooring industries were not immune to the unique challenges over the past 18 months. Our team was faced with supply chain shortages, fluctuating deadlines – not to mention the challenges of managing a hybrid workforce. Through all the chaos, Franklin has adapted and invested in our talented team to strengthen our brand in the market and be able to continue providing our clients with best-in-class services for now and into the future. We’re thrilled to announce additions to our leadership, design, client experience, and Flooring teams.
Kate Herrera has been named Franklin’s Vice President of Corporate Accounts. Kate joins our team with over 12 years of experience and a passion for superior client experience as an industry alum. In addition, another big hitter in the Pittsburgh commercial furniture market – Michael Sharp is now a part of the Franklin team, joining our leadership team as a Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Michael has been in the contract furniture industry for over 20 years and has a deep passion for good design. The additions of Kate and Michael are a breath of fresh air to our team. Together, they usher in a new era for Franklin, providing new ideas and perspectives to ensure Franklin creates the best possible working experiences for our clients.
In addition to Kate and Michael, we also welcome 12 additional new team members! As companies navigate the return to the office, the need for well-thought-out designs is more crucial now than ever. We want to welcome Shannon Tichenor, Trisha Lakshman, Rachel Myers, and Natalie Szewczyk to our Design team. Since joining, they have made immediate impacts on our team and continue to provide innovative solutions and unique design perspectives that have helped our entire team grow. Superior client experience is the secret sauce to any company’s success – we’re thrilled to have added Melissa LeClair and Emma Crocker to our Corporate team! Together they help keep our teams and orders on track with a smile on their faces! Not to be outdone, our Flooring team welcomes Project Manager Denise Dourlain and Project Administrator Jennifer Fourteen to our team! After doubling in size in 2020, Denise and Jennifer added a needed layer of support to our growing team. Amy Cooknick and Olga Perlov have joined our team as Office Manager and Assistant Accountant. Amy also manages Pittsburgh’s True Crime book club in her spare time, and Olga is a recent graduate of Western Governors University! And finally, no good project would be complete without awesome installers. We’re excited to have Frank Varas, Michael Kleber, and Matt Porter join our Installation team.
We’re thrilled with all our new additions and are excited about the impact these new team members will make with our clients and the Pittsburgh & West Virginia markets. Franklin prides itself on providing beautiful, cutting-edge, cost-effective solutions to our community and know that our team members will push our teams to become stronger, smarter, and more efficient. Welcome to the Franklin family!
